Using the Primal 7 system, this 60-minute class offers custom suspension-band workouts that deliver full-body strengthening. The 8-week series combines Pilates, cardio and isometric exercises to build muscle tone, increase mobility, and improve overall endurance. Small group classes allow for high-touch training and individual attention—creating safer, more efficient workouts.
A Master Pilates teacher, Kati is Pilates Method Alliance and Primal 7 suspension band training certified. She began practicing Pilates at a young age as a way to balance out her athletic lifestyle as a competitive cheerleader, gymnast and dancer. She saw early on the value of a mind-body connection both in and outside the studio. It wasn’t until she discovered Pilates, however, that she found the inspiration to pursue fitness instruction as a career. Pilates has allowed Kati to become an intelligent mover and share her love for fitness and health with others.
