I ordered the bar attachment for this product to hang it properly in our gym. The attachments arrived in a very timely manner and people are able to use the Primal 7 with ease now.
The product itself is good and helpful for all ages and challenges. The set up and take down is pretty simple. The customer service on the other is at best a 2or a 3 due to the fact of they are hard to get a hold of by phone or internet. The rep did not explain the difference between the bands nor did she say I could switch out the bands when I placed my order. Found that out after. Then I had to return the old bands (no return label provided or suggested). Just seems like the company cares more about product and price not customers. This made me feel that as a consumer I didn't matter as much as puts
